Board Meeting On February 13, 2018

This is in continuation of our earlier notice dated 31.01.2018 regarding Board Meeting as schedule to be held on 13th February, 2018. The Board is also to discuss on declaration of Interim Dividend on equity shares capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2017-18 and to discuss on Preferential Allotment of Shares and Warrants.
